Ordering

Placing an order via our website is not a legally binding agreement. NSC therefore has the option to cancel your order as a result of typographical errors, sold-out items, technical problems, delivery failures and similar situations.

A binding order confirmation/invoice is sent to you when we have dispatched the goods you have ordered.

When you have placed an order via our website, our system will automatically send you an email showing which products you have ordered. This is merely an electronic receipt of your order.

Payment

NSC accepts payment with

• Dankort/VISA-Dankort

• VISA

• VISA Electron

• Mastercard

• JCB

Payment will only be charged to your account when the item is dispatched.

All amounts are in DKK (Danish kroner) and include VAT.

NSC uses an approved payment server that encrypts all your card details with SSL (Secure Socket Layer) protocol. This means that your information cannot be read by others.

Delivery

We ship with PostNord and delivery usually takes 2-4 working days.

Right of Complaint

A 2-year right of complaint applies in accordance with Danish consumer law. Our right of complaint covers defects in materials and/or manufacturing.

The complaint does not cover faults or damage caused by incorrect use of the product/service.

NSC does not cover return shipping costs.

Parcels sent cash on delivery will not be accepted.

Refund

If a refund has been agreed, please send your bank details so we can transfer the agreed amount.

Right of Withdrawal

A 14-day full right of return applies to goods purchased in our webshop. The period is calculated from the day you receive the order. You are responsible for return shipping costs.

Withdrawal must be notified to us no later than 14 days after purchase, and from the withdrawal you must return the shipment within 14 days.

Notification must be given by email to [email protected]. In the notification, you must clearly state that you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal.

Condition of the Item When You Return It

You are only liable for any decrease in the value of the goods that is caused by handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.

If the item has been tried, we consider it used, which means that upon withdrawal you will only receive part or none of the purchase amount back, depending on the commercial value of the item.

Gift Cards

Gift cards can be purchased online via the gift card shop on the website or by physical sale. For online purchases: The purchase can be cancelled up to 14 days after purchase by contacting Nordic Skin Clinic, unless the gift card has been used.

The gift card is valid for 36 months from the date of purchase, unless otherwise stated on the gift card itself.

For gift cards purchased online, these can be printed immediately after completed payment and are also sent by email. You also receive a purchase confirmation by email.

Complaints

You can also use the European Commission’s online dispute resolution platform, which is mainly relevant if you are a consumer residing outside Denmark. Privacy Policy

Personal information such as name, address, email and phone number is registered and stored for 5 years in accordance with the Danish Bookkeeping Act, after which it is deleted unless otherwise requested.
